Service Appointments and Scheduling

• Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone or through our online contact form. Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific time slot until confirmed by our team.
• Arrival Windows: We provide estimated arrival windows for service calls. While we make every effort to arrive on time, delays may occur due to prior appointments or unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellation: We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.
• Access: Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to their HVAC equipment. If access is restricted or hazardous, the technician may not be able to complete the service.

Estimates and Pricing

• Free Estimates: We provide free estimates for many of our services. Certain diagnostic services may incur a fee, which will be communicated upfront.
• Written Quotes: For major repairs or installations, we provide written quotes before beginning work. Work will not proceed without your approval.
• Price Changes: If additional issues are discovered during service that affect the scope or cost, we will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms
