Accepting These Terms of Service

Service Appointments and Scheduling
- Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone or through our online contact form. Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific time slot until confirmed by our team.
- Arrival Windows: We provide estimated arrival windows for service calls. While we make every effort to arrive on time, delays may occur due to prior appointments or unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellation: We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.
- Access: Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to their HVAC equipment. If access is restricted or hazardous, the technician may not be able to complete the service.
Estimates and Pricing
- Free Estimates: We provide free estimates for many of our services. Certain diagnostic services may incur a fee, which will be communicated upfront.
- Written Quotes: For major repairs or installations, we provide written quotes before beginning work. Work will not proceed without your approval.
- Price Changes: If additional issues are discovered during service that affect the scope or cost, we will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with additional work.
- No Pressure Sales: We are committed to providing honest recommendations without high-pressure sales tactics. You are always free to seek a second opinion.
Payment Terms
- Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- Accepted Methods: We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.
- Financing: Financing options may be available through our third-party financing partners. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms and conditions of the financing provider.
- Late Payments: Overdue accounts may be subject to interest charges and/or collection fees as permitted by Tennessee law.
Warranties and Guarantees
- Workmanship Warranty: We stand behind our work. Repairs and installations include a workmanship warranty. The specific warranty period varies by service type and will be provided in writing.
- Manufacturer Warranties: Equipment installed by C&W Mechanical is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you with any warranty claims during the warranty period.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.
- Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact us directly. We will assess the issue and make it right in accordance with our warranty terms.
Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Limitation of Liability

- C&W Mechanical shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
