For Mike Crouse, the HVAC industry has been more than a career, it has been a lifelong passion shaped by hard work, determination and pride in craftsmanship. Mike started at 18 years old, installing residential equipment and learning the value of doing the job right the first time. His drive to grow pushed him to pursue a degree in HVAC/refrigeration laying a foundation that would carry him through the next three decades. From those early days in the field, he advanced into roles as an installer to service technician, then getting welding certification to become a pipe fitter, eventually taking on the responsibility of overseeing multiple large-scale projects. Each step in Mike's journey reflects not just professional growth, but a deep commitment to mastering his trade and serving people with Integrity. As Mike's knowledge and leadership skills grew, so did his opportunities. He transitioned into management, first as a branch manager, then as Director of Service Projects, guiding teams, building relationships, and shaping standards that others could follow. For more than 14 years, Mike also dedicated himself to teaching HVAC, mentoring new technicians and passing on the wisdom he earned through decades of hands-on experience. His path through trusting GOD, eventually led him to move his family to Tennessee, where he embraced a new chapter as part owner of C&W Mechanical. Today Mike brings not only extensive expertise but genuine heart and pride to the company, driven by the same passion that started his journey at 18 years old.

Dylan Wood began his HVAC career in 2018 as a residential comfort advisor, carrying forward a family legacy in the heating and air industry that dates back to 1994. Long before his professional start, Dylan was immersed in the trade as a teenager working in his family's sheet metal shop. There, he learned the fundamentals firsthand—wrapping and preparing ductwork, understanding airflow design, and developing a strong appreciation for the craftsmanship and precision required to build reliable HVAC systems. Those early experiences laid the foundation for his practical knowledge, work ethic, and passion for delivering comfort solutions that truly serve homeowners. After gaining extensive experience helping customers select the right systems for their homes, Dylan transitioned into a leadership role in management, where he began overseeing operations and guiding team performance. His ability to connect technical expertise with customer needs helped shape his approach to service—one that prioritizes long-term value, energy efficiency, and dependable comfort. As Co-Founder of C&W Mechanical, Dylan plays an active role in the residential division, focusing on system changeouts and custom HVAC design for new construction homes. He works closely with builders, homeowners, and technicians to ensure every system is thoughtfully planned, properly installed, and built to perform for years to come. His hands-on background and operational leadership help drive the company's commitment to quality workmanship, honest service, and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, Dylan values time with his wife and family and is deeply involved in his faith community at Double Springs Church of Christ. He is passionate about serving others and frequently travels across the country leading disaster relief efforts through the church's ministry. Whether at home, on the job, or serving communities in need, Dylan is driven by a commitment to integrity, service, and making a meaningful impact wherever he can.

Terry Christopher serves as a Residential Comfort Advisor with a genuine passion for helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions for their families. A lifelong resident of Crossville, Terry takes pride in serving the community he has called home his entire life and values building lasting relationships with the people he meets. Terry has been married for 31 years and is the proud father of four children and grandfather to seven grandchildren. His strong commitment to faith and community is reflected in his 25 years as a dedicated member of Cumberland Fellowship, where he has remained actively involved over the years. Before entering the HVAC industry, Terry spent 24 years assisting surgeons, a role that required precision, attentiveness, and a deep commitment to caring for others. That experience shaped his detail-oriented approach and strong work ethic, which he now brings to every homeowner he serves. For the past eight years, Terry has worked in the HVAC field, beginning with five years in service where he developed extensive hands-on knowledge of system operation, performance, and reliability. For the last three years, he has focused on sales, using his technical background to help homeowners make confident, informed decisions about their comfort systems. Terry is known for his approachable personality, attentive listening, and sincere desire to help people meet their needs. His combination of technical experience, customer-focused service, and community connection allows him to guide homeowners toward solutions that provide comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind.

Lisa Neill serves as Office Manager at C & W Mechanical, where she has been a valued member of the team since December 2023. She began her career in the HVAC industry in October 2022 and quickly discovered a passion for supporting customers and helping operations run smoothly. Lisa enjoys learning every aspect of the business and takes pride in creating a positive, responsive experience for every customer she serves. With nearly two decades of extensive customer service experience, Lisa brings a strong background in communication, problem-solving, and relationship building. Throughout her career, she has supported clients in fast-paced environments, managed urgent service needs, and helped resolve complex situations with professionalism and care. Her ability to listen, understand customer concerns, and deliver timely solutions is a cornerstone of her approach. Earlier in her professional journey, Lisa spent six years working in a school system's special education department, an experience she treasures for the meaningful connections and personal growth it provided. Lisa is deeply grateful for her family, including her two sons, daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren. She credits her faith as the foundation of her positive outlook and dedication to serving others, bringing warmth, integrity, and excellence to every aspect of her work.

Jaxon serves as a Project Manager at C & W Mechanical, where he plays a key role in guiding projects from initial planning through final installation. As a local HVAC professional, Jaxon facilitates field crews, designs efficient ductwork systems for new installs, and coordinates closely with general contractors to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with client expectations. Through the guidance of Mike and Dylan, Jaxon has developed a strong foundation built on integrity, precision, and respect for both the craft and the customer. He believes in doing the job right the first time and approaches every project with a commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail. From straightforward residential installations to large commercial office projects, Jaxon maintains high standards for both himself and his crews. He is dedicated to clear communication, teamwork, and delivering dependable results that stand the test of time. Ty is a dedicated HVAC professional and Service Manager at C & W Mechanical, committed to delivering honest, dependable service to the community. He began his career as an apprentice service technician, gaining hands-on experience and developing a strong technical foundation in the field. Ty holds a technical degree in HVAC service and has earned multiple NATE certifications in heating, cooling, and refrigeration. Since joining the team, Ty has been an integral part of a collaborative, service-focused environment, working alongside technicians and leadership to maintain consistent, high-quality workmanship. As Service Manager, he leads daily operations while mentoring and training technicians, fostering professional growth and reinforcing the company's standards of excellence.
